We humans take most of our actions based on feelings.
 

Consciously and unconsciously, this is what we do. And it’s not wrong, but it can really help us keep what’s painful, stay stuck, and bypass our dreams due to fear and resistance, or avoidance.

Many of us are resistant to our feelings or checked out from them… And, we are still taking action (or maybe it’s inaction) based on feelings & emotions.

We’ve been taught, directed, guided, encouranged, nurtured, & sometimes demanded that we distract, resist, and/or check out from our emotions.

Going Inside offers a gentle arena for you to learn how to work with and understand yourself and release emotional pain, while stepping into a new identity or life.

This is for you if you want to:

  • Gently and efficiently assess thoughts and feelings to gain maximum understanding, value, and then make a clear decision in your own best interest.

  • Deconstruct anxiety, worry, guilt, blame, and resentment. 

  • Process a life event, relationship, or loss without judgment or shame, based on facts.

  • Neutralize the negative thoughts and feelings that naturally occur.

  • Take your own side and offer yourself generous comfort - from a place of trust - when you are grieving a loss or a change.

  • Process challenging feelings and attentively feel even more joy and peace when you intentionally process good feelings.

  • Engage in support that will witness the processing of your pain and loss.

  • Create and step into a new feeling of aliveness, on demand.

  • Melt resentments and guilt.

  • Release emotional pain.

So, What IS the Going Inside Program?

This group support program offers a series of courses with an invitation to not only go at your own pace, but also to choose your own adventure.

Two weekly one-hour calls are also included - and replays are available. 
This is an annual membership. Multiple payment options are also available.

Each day is different. Every life event and each change, is different. We don’t always have all the space and time to do all the things, or go through all the videos in a module.

Some days we Just. Don’t. Have. It.

This entire program was created with this in mind.

I offer a gentle approach, a light touch, a lot of energy and heart, some humor, my own stories and experiences, and the expertise to walk, witness, and ask the next question or (when asked) offer another perspective.

    These are the foundational lessons, the broad strokes of both Grief Education and Thoughts & Feelings Management. Find the Zoom Schedule for weekly coaching and writing calls here too.

  • Guilt, Blame, and Resentment

    These feelings are whoppers. AND we humans can get stuck and often stay stuck without knowing how, or what, to release the pain of it. These are feelings that drain us of energy, block our power, and don’t feel good at all. Yep, we need a deep dive course on these.

  • enCOURAGEment… because growth takes guts™

    These are stand-alone lessons based on some of the most common, challenging, negative, and painful thoughts I’ve seen in my work, but have also thought and felt myself. If you are in a place where you need to send an SOS, the lessons inside are right on time for you.

  • When You Don’t Have the Words

    When we are feeling loss, we are often at a loss for words. Feelings of frustration, confusion, and concern can come about. This entire course is dedicated to tools, guidance, and care when you just don’t have the words.

  • Advanced Self Care

    Stay with me now. You can’t be “bad at self care” and still practice the Advanced lessons. I won’t spoil it, but I will share that Advanced Self Care is something you’ve always been able to do each and every day without paying for anything extra… you just haven’t learned it… yet. 

  • Inside Action

    Additional supports come via email and text. These are optional, no pressure supports, but they are available. Use and incorporate as desired.

The Tools We’ve Been Given Are Largely Myths and Stories

What I saw around me when I was going through a lot of my losses just didn’t resonate, didn’t feel good, and didn’t actually give any guidance or care for what else I could possibly be thinking, feeling, or doing. 

 

When people around me lovingly shared that I should, “Give it time.”


I saw live examples of people still carrying around

 

grief,

heartache,

and resentment

 

DECADES later. So, more time was not the answer for me when I was in pain about a breakup.

 

When I lost a job I loved (and was good at) due to misappropriation of a budget by leadership, I felt betrayal, guilt and shame by association, plus financial insecurity as I had just bought my first condo 2 months before. Those around me were interested in hearing about the drama, the details, the “true crime” if you will, but they didn’t know how to hold a space for me to share my feelings.

They intellectualized and shared that,
“I’d do better next time.”

Well meaning? Yes. 
Emotionally helpful? No.

Did I need more “alone time” or “me time” and isolation when I stopped drinking alcohol? 

Uh. No. 


Being alone with a brain that was in withdrawal and navigating how to “do life” in a new way was not going to set me up for success on that one.

Not by a long shot. 


I had no idea what my choices were.

Until I looked for more methods,

other protocols, new education, and new results. 

Was I scared?

You bet I was.

But I was also all the way
OUT of ideas.


And I found new ways. 
Gentler ways.

Manageable actions.

Concepts to try on for size, fit, and comfort.

I’d love to share them all with you.
